Who operates this website

Contact michaelsvoboda@montanafeedcompanyinc.com or +1 (406) 239-2698 about privacy. The entity file number identifies a business registration; it is not a professional license or federal tax ID.
Information collected and why
This static website does not collect or submit inquiries through an online form. If you contact us by email or telephone, we use the information you provide to receive and respond to your inquiry. Contacting us is not consent to marketing. No account, payment or document-upload function is provided by this website.
The server necessarily receives connection and request information such as IP address, requested path, time, browser information and response status. The precise hosting log configuration is described below. We use technical data to serve and secure the website, diagnose failures and prevent abuse.
Recipients and service providers
Messages are addressed to michaelsvoboda@montanafeedcompanyinc.com. Your email provider, the destination mailbox provider and people authorized to handle the inquiry may process your message.
Cloudflare Pages provides website hosting and delivery. Cloudflare processes connection and request information needed to deliver and secure the website. This website does not use a server-side form or outbound email service.
Dynadot email hosting is the planned provider for the destination business mailbox. This build does not confirm an active account, its legal entity, processing locations or contractual terms.
If you allow the embedded map, Google processes map requests under its own terms. Google may receive IP address, browser and request data and may use cookies or similar storage. See Google's Privacy Policy. An ordinary directions link also opens Google's service when you click it.
Information may be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect legal rights and security. This website does not contain Microsoft UET, Clarity, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, remarketing pixels or social widgets.
Server logs
The actual hosting access/error log fields, access controls, masking, retention and backup periods must be finalized before public launch.
Retention and deletion
Retention and deletion rules for business email, mail queues, server logs and backups have not been finalized for this prelaunch build. No unverified fixed period is asserted.
The browser preference described in our Cookies & Maps notice expires after 365 days. A changed notice version or an invalid record requires a new choice. Withdrawing map permission stops future embedded-map loading; it cannot undo requests already received by Google.
Processing locations and transfers
The actual hosting and mailbox countries, remote access locations and subprocessors have not been confirmed. The published notice must reflect the services actually used, including applicable cross-border safeguards. No unverified DPA, SCC or certification is asserted.
Advertising, sale and privacy signals
The supplied website code has no sale, targeted advertising or significant-decision profiling function and sends no visitor data to Microsoft Advertising. This statement describes this website's implementation; it does not certify separate business systems. Global Privacy Control does not activate any tracking: advertising and sale processing remain absent whether or not the signal is set. Optional Google Maps remains off until you expressly enable it. We do not describe a map toggle as a universal opt-out for other business systems.
Your choices and applicable rights
Use to allow, reject or withdraw permission for Google Maps. You can contact us without allowing maps. For access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or an applicable opt-out request, email michaelsvoboda@montanafeedcompanyinc.com with the subject “Privacy request”. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf as permitted by law. Only information reasonably needed to process or authenticate the request should be supplied; do not email identity documents unsolicited.
Where the Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act applies to the request, its access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-out rights are subject to applicable exceptions. A response is due within 45 days, with one further 45-day extension when permitted and explained during the initial period. To appeal a refusal, contact the same address with the subject “Privacy appeal”. A response to an appeal is due within 60 days. You may contact the Montana Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection about a denied appeal. Applicable rights may be exercised without unlawful discrimination. Other laws may provide different rights or exceptions.
This website is intended for general business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. Do not send a child's personal information through the general inquiry channel. Tell us if such information was submitted so it can be addressed.
Service-specific notices
This notice covers the public informational website and its general inquiry channel. Additional service-specific data collection must be assessed and disclosed before it is introduced.
Updates
Material changes to purposes, recipients, retention or integrations require an updated notice and, where relevant, a new map choice. This policy is not automatically redated when a visitor opens the page.
